Yes. Every property starts with a full Launch and Optimization phase. It’s how we make sure everything is built to SandRabbit standards before management begins.

Most launches are completed in two to three weeks, depending on scheduling for photography and site setup. Once it’s live, we transition straight into Full Management.

Everything related to day to day operations. Pricing, guest communication, cleaner and maintenance coordination, restocking systems, and performance reporting. Cleaning labor, supplies, and repairs are billed separately for transparency.

Yes, as long as they meet our standards. We can work with your current team or bring in our own trusted partners if needed.

As involved as you want. Most owners prefer to stay hands off, but you’ll always have visibility through reports and regular updates.

SandRabbit is based in Southwest Michigan with select availability for premium properties in surrounding areas. New markets are considered on a case by case basis.
